Yes, both come on at the same time.
I believe I’ve got it figured out, will know for sure tomorrow!

Usually that means you have a jumper between r and g or a short between r and g.

Delay on and delay off is w to c for the trigger ( coil ). R to 4 on motor and a nc contact for g contact from stat

This unit's delay times are programmed into the module on the blower motor. Replaced with an original type, everything back to normal. Thanks for the information and help.
