DIY Vent Question

Would the vent locations be sufficient per the diagrams below. First picture is side view, other picture is top down view. Both would be wet vents.
Vent 1 would serve all fixtures to the left, Vent 2 the Toilet, Tub and Lavatory to the right. Both would be 2".

Also-is it acceptable for vent pipes to share same boxed-in area as HVAC return and supply?
