Delta H23PB handle. Help identifying an old Delta shower

I just bought an older home and have a major leak in the shower. I cant find any visible screws to the handles or a pop off cap to get to the screws please help.

This is Delta H23PB handle with A23PB insert rings. The cap screws off to expose the screw.

So holding the back portion of the handle and twisting the front?

Hold the ring portion and turn the top.
