Microsoft Word
Just get or use microsoft word on your computer..
I have tried some of those plumbing programs and
they are nothing but a pain in the ass, first you got to
spend a month figureing out how to use them...
I am sure you have WORD that already,
if not just go on e-bay and buy a
microsoft word version on cd or dvd.....about 25 bucks.
all you got to do is set up your LOGO on the top of the form
then type away.....
it looks great and I have files and estimates that date back into the late 90s....I can look up anything I bid on forever,,,,
Half the estimates on my computor are from jerks that have long
ago gone out of business...
and you can pretty much re-use the estimates by copying the file
and just changeing the name and prices......
once you have done an estimate once , its pretty easy to just copy it...
its pretty simple and it looks better than
screwing around trying to write it all up every time.....
