hello everyone, long time lurker, first time poster!

I have a bathroom (or better I had since I demolished everything) that ties into the drain in the adjacent room as per the pictures attached.
I am adding a shower and a bidet to the mix and I need to break the concrete to replace/add drains.
Also the vent is on the other side of the basement and I can run it into walls. I will post a picture later.

Can someone please help me figure out how to run the pipes? Like a diagram?
The plumber I am in touch with wants to run a loop vent to vent the entire bathroom.

Thank you!
