Hi all!
Working on a bathroom rebuild, and have a couple questions:
In the image, the 3 x 3 x 2 wye is a wet vent connection, correct? Since it is wet, does that change the incline angle that the 2" leg can come off at? The 3 inch main drain cannot go below the joists; this room is a refit in a former garage, and the drain needs to stay up in order to clear the foundation wall into the house. I keep seeing the recommended 45 degrees for vents, but due to the shower drain spanning joists I think that will put the shower drain too close to the top of the joists. Any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated!
