Basement sentry 1 model 507

Hello, my sump pump with a basement sentry 1 model 507 shows an "AC FAIL" in the LCD display.

Any ideas on what that means and how to fix it?

I don't know your unit, but I would start by seeing if the outlet your unit is plugged into is working.
