Basement Bathroom Advice?

Here is the latest mock up of what we're thinking, does this look right? Does anything stand out that needs to be changed?

Also, we've basically only dug the hole at this point leaving the pre-existing plumbing untouched so everything is able to be changed at this point without additional work or re-work, just trying to set the plan, thanks in advance!
