I'm working on a plan for the drains and vents for a back to back bathroom remodel/addition in a one story house with a basement. My main goal is to keep all of the plumbing either in the joists or in two plumbing walls (where both horizontal runs are located in this drawing). I've been reading the UPC code for venting but am a little confused on how it all works. Attached is a drawing of my current plan. I'm pretty sure the shower and tub are not vented in this situation, any ideas on a simple way to vent these? Is there a way to get around the clean out at the 90degree horizontal turn? Are there any other issues with this current plan? Thank you!

I'm planning on running the lav drains horizontally in the wall on the first floor for as long as possible before dropping to the basement, once in the basement it will be below the joists.

You have to keep the clean out at the 90 degree turn. You can no longer wet vent the two bathrooms with the lav because your dropping your drain line from horizontal to vertical. This set up would pass the IPC, if someone is up to date on the UPC, have at it. You could probably look up "Common Vents" in the UPC yourself.
