Bowl: C776CEFG#01 (Vietnam)
Tank: ST776SA#01 (Mexico)

Both parts were purchased as a single package from the same reputable vendor (as one toilet), and delivered together (but in their own respective, factory-sealed boxes).

I'm new to toilet purchases, and am left wondering: does everything check out?

If someone knowledgeable could weigh in, it would be appreciated.

Mine cam came the same way. I was amazed that the colors were an exact match.

Yes, Toto is a global country with factories in many countries. Since the two parts are mated via gaskets, they don't need to be made on the same assembly line. The tank and lid do since they need to touch each other and not wobble (too much) They're actually fired together with a powder that prevents the tank from attaching to the lid.
