Looking at 3" Sanitary Tee with 2" 90° Right and Left Inlets Hub
https://www.supplyhouse.com/Nibco-I...-Sanitary-Tee-with-90-Right-Left-Inlets-5870R.

Layout-
Top 3" Dry vent stack
Right Inlet 2" Properly vented Vanity drain ( re-vented above 42" to 3" dry vent stack)
Left Inlet 2" Tub/Shower drain (no separate vent but trap arm within proper distance)
Front 3" W/C 15" arm

As I see it the, W/C is going to suck 3" vent air from the top, or suck "wet vented" Vanity air long before it can suck the shower P-Trap. Does the fitting count as the shower being vented prior to the W/C (as the shower enters the drain 3/4 inch above the W/C)?
