I revised this question from my original post, hopefully not taking a step backwards. Is the attached layout acceptable for Maine for a second floor half bath? I have the toilet downstream and the lav venting it upstream with 1-1/2" pipe. I'd like to use a 3x3x1-1/2" wye so I can have a full size cleanout on the 3" line.
