1993 Kinetico Model 60 leaking from the drain tube

Hello all, I have an older Model 60 and had to replace layer 3 due to a broken brine fitting. I purchased the layer 3 from my local softner supply store and was able to put everything back together with no issues. When each cycle completes, it continues to leak water from the drain tube. The unit cycles normally, but im not sure why it continues to leak after the cycle has completed.

Please let me know your ideas for what that may be.

Thanks to those that looked at my post.. I stopped by my Kinetico dealer and brought this to their attention.. About the only thing they had to offer was to call for service. Not really the response I was looking for.
