Anti-Siphon Outdoor Faucet - only a dribble

Water will only dribble out of my outdoor faucet when I turn it on. My assumption is the stem needs to be replaced. I that correct? I have included pictures of my faucet. thanks!

The washer at the bottom may have failed and it only needs a seat washer. There are several different designs so yours may not be this simple. Check out this style whereas it would be more prone to clogging up with a fail rubber parts jammed things up.
