Trim Closet Bend?

Hello Guys,
Is it OK to trim down the closet bend? Mine is about 2" above the sub-floor.

The closet flange can set on the finished floor, but not higher.
Yes, you will need to do some trimming.

Should I just cut it flush with the subfloor? and is 2" to much to cut off?

I can't tell from the photo what you will be using with that.
Are you using an inside flange or outside flange?
And is the pipe straight there, or is it bending, which can be an issue setting a flange on there.
I sometimes will use a spacer under the closet flange to make it closer to finished floor height.

I attached the 4x3 closet bend to the pipe in the pic.
