This drain does not match my porcelain sink. The seals are backwards, my sink has the chamfered hole and the bottom of the sink is flat. What do I need?

The bottom seal works fine with a flat bottom.
You can use Stainless putty for the top flange, or Silicone.

And more than likely, the supplied seal for using underneath the flange may be fine too. You don't need to "fill" the recession, it just needs to seal to keep water in the bowl when the stopper is pushed down.
