New house with odd toilet problem

I have a 4 month old house (2 story) and all 3 toilets (American Standard Cadet Right Height) "burp" when first flushed. What I mean is a large bubble of air comes up from the bowl before the water flushes. Is this normal? I have never seen a toilet do this before.
