Hi all,

As part of our new house build, a Maax shower unit was delivered on Friday. On Saturday, my wife and I went to take a look at it seems that the OSB that is formed into the back of the fiberglass has warped and lifted away from the fiberglass back. It's rounded and you can see part of it still stuck in the fiberglass.

Link to album of photos here.

We don't think the builder has inspected the unit yet, however, should we be concerned? Will impact install, say against a stud?

Does anyone know if these OSB pieces laid into the fiberglass or a structural detail to the unit or just there for shipping or similar purposes? OR ultimately, should we be looking for a replacement unit?

Any guidance is very much appreciated.

Thanks everyone!
