The only way I have ever been able to leave a company was to quit.

Most likely because you were a good / needed worker.

I quit a job once because the service manager accused me of being a the Hospital for hours, slacking.

It was a friend of mine, visiting his friend on his death bed.

After the manager realized he was wrong he offered me a $1 a hour raise to come back. I was the only electronic / appliance technician that could fix just about anything. He hired 2 technicians to keep up with what I was doing for him. They both failed.

Them Bridge Burners do not make for good references.

You should never BASH a previous employer, Unless you are using a Unix Shell.

Have Fun

The guy I quit on had docked me 3 days pay after I spent 3 days in a sick bed at the hospital. He said that he didn't believe me when I said I was sick.

If your Union was any good , they would have stood up for you.

In Texas, being part of a Union is a option.

I have seen the Race card, that worked better than a Ace in the whole.

I paid dues, but never needed any Union services. It was a big waste of money that supported people that did not want to work.

Exactly the same way Delco Electronics and GM went down the tubes.

Mexico workers do not complain like many do in the USA.

Me thinks.
