Just saw this article about local water utility installing flow restrictors on the meters of consumers who don't follow the rules during the drought:

yea I saw someting on tv they were exposing water usages by the stars in that area malibu, thousand oaks, calabasas. didnt catch my attention to find out who was using more than "thier share"
