Vent, tub, shower, new construction

Built new house. Master bath has separate curbless shower and freestanding tub. Everything is installed by the plumber and the tub takes over an hour to drain.
(We have had multiple problems with the plumber)
Is the vent installed right?

If the shower drains OK, I would run a hand held snake down the tub drain, It sounds like its blocked, perhaps with concrete.
