Tub faucet handle spins

This faucet has no name on it. The stems (about 3/8" dia) have 20 splines but the handles have none or are completely stripped inside. I'd like to get the customer new porcelain handles that will work but don't know where these came from.

I would recognize those handles anywhere. Looks like a Disjob. as in "you aint gonna make no money on Disjob"
