Trap arm too long?

New construction in Florida. Am I missing something or is the shower trap arm way too long?

" shower" (tub in plan) is on the left of your photo, or right? You must mean right based on your saying it is too long.

Max is 8 ft for 2 inch under IPC, and 6 ft with 1.5 inch pipe.

I wasn’t sure if wet venting effected the maximum lengths for trap arms.
