Toilet vent question

Under the IPC, are these venting options allowed under a slab for toilet venting? I've seen mixed messaging , especially on the sanitary tee option. Thanks

No, neither is allowed anymore. Dry vents can't be horizontal unless at least 6" above the fixture flood rim.
