Hi all,

My current indirect water tank Viessmann Vitocell 300-v needs to be replaced (has a leak on one of the fittings). I've gotten two quotes from two different companies, both comparable in price. One quoted a replacement of the same tank EVIB-79 and the other a super store model SSU80NLC. I also have a Viessmann Vitodens 200-W boiler, so I'm thinking to keep with Viessmann however I've been trying to contact them to find out about any kind of warranty on my current tank, and it's seemly impossible to speak to anybody which makes me hesitant.

Thoughts or experiences which way to go?

Im unfamiliar with both tanks and indirect heating components . Unable to reach help means there is no warranty or your exaggerating So buy a tank with no warranty if its cheap enough or tell the contractor the Viessman is off your list if you choose and provide another tank
