A few posts in the forum include a link for info on a different "Moen style" cartridge to replace the old Mixet shower valve stem because of a hot-cold crossflow problem. When I follow that old link it leads to a "page not found" error. However, one post by Milton on 3-31-05 mentions a "NoMix model 100" cartridge that he tried. (Read the rest of that thread though.)

A name search led to
http://nomix.com/index.html:
which displays info and photos on 3 specific variations.

Are these the type others have referred to, or is a different model or source intended??
Also, the ones depicted look more like the newer style mixet rather than the pre-1968 model I have. Is that all there is? (Email to NoMix is pending.)

Nomix Inc. repair cartridges that fit Mixet brand valves
It is a Moen style stem to replace the Mickey Mouse one that Mixet uses.
