Slab cut or sleeve cast iron

Have cast iron under garage slab which needs to be replaced. What’s the best option?

house built in 1958 in Southern California
Crawl space under main house
Single story garage on slab
Slab has lengthwise crack where the pipe is and follows the length of the pipe
Slab is uneven last 2-3 feet along crack
Cast connects to clay under driveway at garage start
Cast connects to ABS at house foundation
Cast is not cracked and is level

I think the question is "why have you concluded it needs to be replaced?" What symptoms or problems are you having, and how did you trace them to the cast iron sewer pipe?
