Single to double vanity - drain question

Adding a double vanity and have drain question. The left stub out for the drain is almost spot on. The right is just about where the 3” stack comes up, about an inch to left of it.

Can I just hook a wye into the existing 1.5” pipe right where it comes out of the 3” for the right sink? Would that be fine for venting or Should I add a return loop from left stub out up and back right over to the 3” stack?
