Replace kohler tub faucet

Hello all, I’m trying to replace the Kohler faucet in our jacuzzi tub. I don’t want to have to tear out the tiles to do it. Are there any adapters available that I can use to fit the new fixtures over the old hardware?

You would have to use Kohler parts that are compatible with that faucet's series.
