A monoflow tee system is a single pipe running in a loop, with the radiator supplies and returns going to the same pipe. Plugging off the stubs to the radiators works fine with those- it will continue to flow just fine:

Two pipe systems have a supply pipe and a return pipe with flow balancing valves or thermostatic valves to adjust the flow to individual radiators. Most of those systems can be simply capped off, but some have complexities that would require rebalancing all the flows, or might have a couple radiators in series that would require replacing the removed radiator with a pipe if the other was going to remain.

As of what i seen theres two pipes. Rads get fed from one pipe and returned to a separate pipe. So im thinking just capping them will work. Each rad is feed via 3/4 off the larger pipes
