My house has a monoflo heating setup with an oil fired boiler and mostly cast iron baseboard radiators. House is from 1957. I will be taking out a wall and have to remove the radiator currently attached to it.

Can I just cap the supply and return in the monoflo loop leading to that one radiator? Or do I have to remove the venturi tee and return fitting as well? I'd like to avoid that as that would be a lot more work and harder to get to then just putting two sharkbite plugs on.

Just wondering if having a monoflo tee trying to divert water into a loop that isnt there any more will mess up the rest of the system.

Thanks
