raise basement floor cleanout

I am adding insulation and subfloor in the basement bathroom. I want to keep the floor cleanout function properly. I am wondering is there a way to raise it about 2" without break the concrete and redo it?

I would frame and drywall a chase around the stack from floor to ceiling, leaving an access panel in place in case the cleanout ever needs to be used.

You could leave it at its current height and use some type of access to get to the clean-out. You could remove the existing plug and use a plug with a threaded bolt hole and use a cover at floor level.

There are several ways to retain the floor cleanout's function, depending on how much you wist to spend and what you want it to look like afterwards. A bolt through the brass plug with round stainless steel plate on the floor is the cheapest. A cast brass "floor cleanout cover" on top of the concrete flush with your new flooring would be the most expensive. There is no "easy, cheap" way to raise the cleanout at the wall.
