Disregard this post. I'm an idiot, there's plenty of room to mount my electrical box horizontally under the vent pipe. I posted this picture earlier but had one more question. I am putting in an 80" window.
If I make my horizontal vent pipe 6" above the flood rim it will not allow me to place the required outlet within 24" of my sink.
Any solution? I could place a surface mount receptacle/outlet on the back of the wall. I didn't know if there was any other solution.
