Hello,
I am trying to shift sanitary tee and vent stack over but need to come out of stud bay and shift to the right. I was wondering if using the combination of elbows I’ve drawn would be ok for 4in main stack.

there are essentially no limits for fittings on vertical drainage. however, if there is any drainage plumbing above that tee, that arrangement is not to code.
Sink drain only needs 1.5" vent
