Tech had me change P2 settings during backwash time schedule change. Now I get flashing 0 in LCD and control panel button for Back wash doesn’t work. Performed factory reset, power off-hold set button-repower, but no change. Still flashing 0. Need advice. Thanks.

This is probably not the deal, but have you tried setting time of day?

Does yours have the 9v battery installed in the side of the controller? Try removing the battery, unplug the unit, let it sit for awhile, then power back on. These old 960 series controllers are finicky sometimes.
