Hello,

every time I go away (whether I shut off the water or not) for more than a week the softener starts playing an alarm (intermitent sound) and displays a warning window. If left like that for about 3 weeks the softener becomes unresponsive and needs to be hard reset.

Is there any way to disable the no-flow alarm? I couldn't find any information in the manual or settings.\

Any idea what I can try? Thanks a lot in advance!

I don't see a no-flow alarm in the manual, but that does not mean that there is not one.

In the service manual, see Figure 24. I think you will probably want to turn off plumbing leak detect.
