This is an old boiler from the 50's... It has bleed valves that are adjusted by screwdriver. The valves are stuck and a screwdriver is useless as the slots are mangled. I have found matching brass bushing with mip (?) threads. The new version of bleed valve is operated with a key, and is stainless steel. Is this a workable replacement?

Here are pics of the old valve which has a probe, and the new configuration which has a bushing and the valve is inserted into the bushing... the threads on the bushing look the same... (mip). The big difference is the probe that looks like it seats on something, while the new config has the valve recessed.
Could this be a valid replacement?

Their called coin vents. They either operate with a screwdriver ,coin key or both. Google coin vents and will find multiple outlets.
