Hey have an issue with my Navien. First time I noticed it had a buzzing noise, found it was the recirculating pump humming/grinding. Reset the unit and got code 38. Check board voltage to pump, good. So I replaced the pump and flow switch, unit still has same issue. I turned the dip switch off so I don’t burn the pump out again. Any ideas? When the pump does turn on there’s flow I can feel in the pipe but not enough to trip the flow switch. Code resets after you run water but the pump tries every 30 or so seconds.

Just noticed you replaced the Flow switch. Disregard the below but might help someone else.

Have you called Navien? 1st thing to do IMO.

Last 038 I got was an o-ring stuck in the flow sensor.
