Hello,
We currently live in a ground floor maisonette and the flat above wants to install a garden tap. The new pipe will run from their kitchen down and across my back wall and the tap positioned on the flank wall (the side passage is shared).
I am fine with the principal but lacking any basic plumbing knowledge, so not sure what I should check or ensure.
Is it at risk of freezing over the winter if it’s not lagged?
