I am in the process of building our new home. I had my plumber put in hydronic in floor heat in our concrete slab with 4 zones. Our home is approximately 3500 sqft with the garage of 676 sqft all w/in floor heat. We have 2 full baths and a half bath. Of course we will have dishwasher and washing machine to add to hot water use. My plumber recommended a navien 199k btu combi boiler to furnish all of our heating and domestic hot water needs. I've been reading and getting conflicting info so I need professional advice outside of my plumber for second opinions on if this alone will suffice.
