New Delta Shower Valve - Lukewarm water

Installed a new Delta shower valve. When the handle is at "cold" the water is cold. When at "hot" the water is only lukewarm but with the same pressure as cold. Reversing the cartridge only reverses the same outcome. Have adjusted the flow screws with no impact.

Would really like a hot shower. Any ideas?

Should be an adjustment right under the handle that would allow you to rotate the handle ccw further into the hot range.
