Need help identifying bathtub faucet cartridge model from pre-2013 era.

Hello plumbing forum members,

I'm seeking assistance in identifying the model of a bathtub faucet cartridge that was installed before 2013. The previous owners of the house lived there from 1995 to 2013. Here are the details:

1. The cartridge has a single handle.
2. The white part appears to be the stem, and the light green component is possibly a balancer.
3. The upper part of the cartridge resembles the Delta RP1991, but it does not have a nut for the knob.
4. I'm unsure if the light green balancer is an original part or from a different faucet type.
5. Are there any possible cartridge replacements available for this particular model?
6. Is there a newer cartridge that could fit in without having to remove the entire unit?

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you can provide regarding the cartridge model, possible replacements, or any compatible newer options that might be available. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
