Hello,
I have been having low flow issues with my Navien 240-S for a couple of weeks. When the water heater is on and I call for hot water at a sink it runs for about 10 seconds and then there is no flow. The only way I can get high flow to work in the shower is to call for hot water at a shower and then immediately turn on the water heater. Then, I can get hot water at all faucets. However, if I turn off the shower….once again no water flow at sink. If the water heater has been on for a while (30 minutes) and I call for water at the shower there is very little flow and then no flow.
I have flushed system with vinegar, replaced flow sensor and replaced cold side water adjustment valve. There is no check valve in this model. Anyone have ideas of what this could be?
