Navien NCB Radiant heat zone controllers and actuators

I am installing a Navien 250/150 Combi boiler which has an internal three zone 24v controller for the radiant system. The radiant system has 10 heat circuit loops connected to a Uponor stainless steel 10 circuit manifold with individual flow control. The system will have three separate zones with eight circuits in zone 1 and single circuits for the remaining two zones. Each circuit loop will have an actuator. For the largest zone 1, can I connect all eight actuators to the internal Navien 24v zone 1 control or do I need to wire in a slave controller(s) to power the grouped actuators?
