120 btu or less. I have two zones and would like to avoid the primary zone and
just use the two zone pumps I have. Something simple. Currently using HWH
which works fine except in frigid cold temps. Need something to get water temp
to 180 degrees. HWH only goes to 130-140. Any suggestions?

Since your running above 130*f return condensing boiler is 86% efficient. Cast boilers come in several sizes 56k, 86k, 113k with 84% efficiency there all about the same btu's will vary a little. Check on your flue size.
