First of all, hello everyone, thank goodness there’s places like this forum. Much appreciated.

Names Adam and like many, I’m here bc something doesn’t seem right with my toilet lol
So, I have a Kohler K-4421-CA 1.28gal
It was whistling. Decided on changing the fill valve kit instead of just replacing the pieces. Anyways. I replaced it with a new one and noticed water was dribbling down the gray shank from the top. But from these tiny holes. I will include photos and videos for more clarity. Don’t know if it’s suppose to be doing that but I’m sure you guys will know more than me. Secondary question is the restrictor color. So the previous one had purple. But online I found a pdf from fluid masters that said it should be green. And of course I can’t seem to find any Kohler documents about that. Wanna make sure I’m using the right one. Any hoo thanks ahead of time.
