Identify thermostat

Can any body identify this thermostat (model number) from White-Rodgers. It is hooked up to a Gas/boiler, White-Rodgers 1311-102 zone valve.
It has 3 wires BLACK = 4 RED = Y,6 WHITE = 6

Thanks that is one of the options. I would like to go digital and tamper resistant if possible (rental property)

Thank you,will give them a try.My concern is since i don't have a model number for the current thermostat , i don't know if just telling them which wires i have in the thermostat will do. I will give it a shot and see what happens.
