I just purchased a refiner/water softener that uses a carbon she. I started to see flecks of carbon in all my sinks. I ran three Regen cycles and I'm still seeing a great deal of black specs. Ran all the faucets for way too long and they are still appearing. Dealer wants remainder of thier payment but wondering if the basket is defective?
