Hello all,

I am trying to identify a shower cartridge that isn't mixing properly. Local plumber hasn't been able to identify it and is recommending I rip out the entire shower... Unfortunately I can't really afford that (and seems a little like overkill). No idea as to age or company and no identifying serial numbers or labels, unfortunately. Anything you could tell me would be very appreciated. Browsing through some posts, it appears quite similar to this Sayco model to my layman's eyes: https://shop.edyoungs.com/products/sayco-40mm-cart---brass-stem-17411.html

Thanks in advance; it's really kind what you all do.
