Help identify this pipe

I'm adding a bathroom in a basement remodel. The plumber opened up the floor and found the line running from the stack to the sanitary sewer was some sort of white corrugated pipe he didn't recognize. He doesn't want to cut into it to tie in new fixtures until he knows for sure what the pipe is and that he can get fittings for it. Anyone recognize this pipe or have any recommendations? The house was built in 1999.
